These terms govern your access to and use of the StubOrder website and services. Please read them carefully. By using StubOrder, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of these terms

By browsing StubOrder, creating an order, or otherwise using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What StubOrder is

StubOrder is an independent ticket resale marketplace. Tickets are listed by professional resellers, and StubOrder provides the search, listings, seat selection, and checkout experience that connects you to those sellers. StubOrder is not a box office and is not affiliated with any venue, team, performer, promoter, or primary ticket seller. Because tickets are resold on an open market, prices may be above or below the original face value and can change based on demand. StubOrder also lets you book hotels and flights, which are provided by the property or airline; see “Hotel and flight bookings” below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented at checkout.

Orders, pricing, and payment (event tickets)

• Ticket availability and prices are set by the sellers and shown in real time. Listings can change or sell out before an order is completed.
• Checkout and payment are handled by our ticketing partner's secure checkout. Applicable service or delivery fees and taxes are shown before you confirm.
• An order is a binding purchase once it is confirmed. For event tickets, all sales are final except as provided by the Buyer Guarantee below or as required by law, because live-event tickets are time-sensitive and unique.
• Tickets are intended for personal use and lawful resale where permitted, and not for fraudulent or unauthorized commercial activity.

Buyer Guarantee (event tickets)

Eligible orders are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee: you receive valid tickets in time for the event, or a resolution as described on that page. The guarantee page explains what is covered for cancellations, non-delivery, and materially different tickets. The Buyer Guarantee does not apply to hotel or flight bookings, which are governed by “Hotel and flight bookings” below.

Hotel and flight bookings

Who you are dealing with. StubOrder is a booking agent. Hotel stays are provided by the property, and flights by the airline shown for each flight (the “operating carrier” where it differs). Nuitée (LiteAPI), our travel partner, is the merchant of record for travel bookings: your card is charged by Nuitée, and its name appears on your statement.

Prices. Flight prices include all taxes and mandatory fees. Hotel prices include the taxes we collect; any tax payable at the property is shown separately before you book. Prices are live and can change until you pay; for flights a price is held only once seats are held, and only for a short time.

Fare and room rules. Each fare's refund and change rules, and each room's cancellation terms, are shown before you pay and form part of your booking. Non-refundable fares and rooms are not refunded on cancellation. Airline charges, fare differences and a servicing fee may apply to voluntary flight changes.

Your details. You must enter each traveller's name exactly as on the passport or ID they will travel with. Name corrections may cost money or be impossible. You are responsible for passports, visas, health documents and meeting check-in deadlines.

Airline cancellations and significant changes. If the airline cancels or significantly changes a flight to, from or within the United States and you do not accept the alternative offered, you are entitled to a refund of the fare and of any seat or bag fees for services you did not receive. Contact us quoting your SOF- reference. Other schedule changes are handled under the airline's conditions of carriage, and we will pass on the airline's options to you.

Separate purchases. Event tickets, hotels and flights bought on StubOrder are separate contracts. One is not conditional on another, and we do not sell packages.

Cancelling. Use Manage booking. For a flight we show the airline's cancellation quote before you confirm; a hotel cancellation follows the room's cancellation terms. Refunds are issued by our travel partner to the original payment method or, where the fare requires it, as airline credit.

The 24-hour rule. The US DOT 24-hour cancellation rule applies to bookings made directly with airlines. For bookings made here, cancellation follows the fare rules and the quote shown in Manage booking.

Acceptable use

When using StubOrder, you agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, copy, or overload the site;
• interfere with the site's security or normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• copy, resell, or misuse our content, branding, or listings without permission; or
• provide false information or impersonate another person.

Intellectual property

The StubOrder name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of StubOrder or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Event names, team names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the tickets available.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, StubOrder disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are complete or accurate at all times. The interactive seat map and checkout are provided by a third-party partner.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StubOrder and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or any purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid StubOrder for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under our Buyer Guarantee or applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StubOrder harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
